About Affiliated Pet Emergency Services
AA Pet Emergency Services, Inc. (d.b.a. Affiliated Pet) was established in 1986 by a group of dedicated and concerned Gainesville area veterinarians. This group's vision was to design a hospital to provide emergency veterinary medical care outside the routine office hours of area hospitals and clinics. This would ensure that no pet owner would be without quality, emergency and critical care in times of need.
From a small office off Newberry Road to our current facility off Tower Road in Gainesville, Affiliated Pet has grown to realize this group's vision of high-quality, state-of-the-art emergency care for pet owners in North Central Florida.
Affiliated Pet Emergency Services now serves as a regional Critical Care Facility for other veterinary practices and hospitals throughout the North Central Florida area. Affiliated Pet is licensed by the State of Florida and a member of the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Society.
